Telephone access to both doctors and nurses is available during all surgery opening times. The receptionist will take a message and will ask the relevant member of staff to return your call.

Out of Hours

If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed, please telephone the appointments number 01782 615367 who will be providing the surgery out of hours cover

Disabled Access

The medical centre provides wheelchair access to the main entrance. An accessible toilet is situated close to the waiting area.

Home Visits

Please only ask for a home visit when the person is too ill to come to the medical centre. Most children can quite safely be brought up by car/taxi. Please ensure that your request for a home visit reaches the medical centre before 10am unless a genuine emergency arises later. Remember that we have better facilities at the medical centre for examinations and treatment.
