How to make an appointment – Appointments can be made at Lyme Valley Practice by telephone or you may come to the surgery and make an appointment at reception to see any of our doctors, practices nurses and healthcare assisant. We offer same day and prebookable appointments and telephone consultations.

Chaperone – If you require a Chaperone please ask at reception or your clinican.

Test Results – Please phone after 2.00pm for test results. To protect confidentiality, we will only give results to you personally (unless you have authorised us to release them to someone else).

Confidentiality – All data is held under the Data Protection Act. All our staff will respect your privacy and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as our doctors and nurses.

Complaints - We take complaints seriously and have a practice complaints procedure which meets standards required by the NHS. Please ask at the reception for further details.

We are very fortunate to have medical students from the hospital attached to our practice for short periods. If you do not wish to have a student present for your consultation please inform the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor.
