jamil-smallDr Jamil Rahman
Jamil grew up in Scotland and moved with his family to London before starting high school. He trained in Medicine at Kings College School of Medicine, and went on to training in General practice after his junior hospital posts. He joined the Waterside Medical Centre in February 2003 (when it was known as the Norwood Road Surgery).

He has an interest in medical education, and teaches medical students from Imperial College. He is a Programme Director on the Central Middlesex Hospital Vocational Training Scheme, and is currently involved in preparations for the Waterside Medical Centre to become a ‘Training Practice’, which will train doctors to become General Practitioners.

He has an interest in Occupational Health Medicine, and works for the Royal College of General Practitioners as a Health and Work Trainer. He also has an interest in alternative medicine, and undertakes a limited practice in acupuncture.

He is married with 3 children, and his hobbies include martial arts and travelling.

Huda Wadiddi graduated from Medical School in Cairo Egypt in 1983 and moved to the UK in 1994. She has worked in paediatrics at hospitals in England and trained to be a GP in 2001. She has special interests in diabetes, Asthma and Family Planning.
